Customer Support Specialist (Non-Voice)
Handling Incoming Mails, Chat and resolving customer queries and issues over the mail or Chat.
Required Candidate profile
Any Fresher or Experience candidate.
Must have Excellent written English required.
Must have good typing speed
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate through different software applications.
