8 am to 8 PM (Any +hrs)
1 Rotational Week Off
Jobs and responsibilities:
Have to resolve customers' queries over call/chat/Voice/Email
Handling Max 10 -15 calls inbound calls only
80% - +0% back-office work only email & chat
