We are currently hiring for the position of Non Voice Process BPO Customer Service for various job openings across India. As a Non Voice Process BPO Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product and service inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction while handling customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
