• Experience: Minimum 8 months of documented BPO experience (Experience/Relieving letter mandatory)
• Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience & interview performance)
• Shifts: Rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
• Qualification: Graduate only (Any stream)
• Joining: Immediate joiners only
• Industry Experience: Candidates must have prior experience in the BPO industry only

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Good listening skills with a customer-focused approach
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
