Role Type - GDS Operating model senior: GBS/SSC/MS BPO Advisory, Biz case, Benchmarking,Maturity assessment, Process & data blueprint
You will collaborate on building and delivery of complex solutions on the Manager Services functions across geographies and Services Lines.
Your Key Responsibilities
The role focus will be to perform assessments, benchamrks, blueprints to drive GBS / Managed services for Finance, and also on legal, payroll, Tax, Finance, Procurement, HR
The core KPIs for this role include:
• Self Utilization on focus accounts
• Teaming, bringing a whole of firm approach
The role reports to the Op Model manager - Integrated Business Transformation, working closely with the broader MS sales / pre-sales stakeholders as well as global delivery and enablement teams and the broader EY partnership.
• Play a role on Pursuits requiring graphic design, video editing, proposal writing requirements working with Markets, MS Solutions and Delivery teams.
• Support in the design of high impact powerpoint, video and proposals
• Capture knowledge and build repository, assets, templates to support pursuits
Skills And Attributes For Success
• Skillset required across PPT design, video editing, and high impact presentations
• Understanding and experience of developing and building presentations, videos
• Entrepreneurial mindset
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Highly developed presentation skills
• Experience succeeding in a highly matrixed organisational structure
• Deep knowledge of video editing and presentation software landscape
• Experience in Digital, and building presentations
