Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Preparation of Indian Curries and Naans
Assisting kitchen staff
Responsible for completing work in given time
Responsible for presentation as per standards
Responsible for final food quality
Available to work on weekends, night shifts and festivals
Available to travel across India to work in any Franchise Outlet
Requirements
Chef - Indian, (Chinese & Continental Cuisines optional but not required)
Excellent record of kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Communication skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Available to work in company restaurants or franchise locations across India
Must have own conveyance
Minimum 2 years experience
Experience with franchising and hospitality industry
