Responsibilities include:
1. Supervision of Kitchen Staff: The head chef is responsible for supervising the kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers. This includes scheduling, training, and mentoring, as well as ensuring that all kitchen staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
2. Food Quality Control: The head chef is responsible for ensuring that all food leaving the kitchen is of the highest quality. This includes tasting and inspecting dishes before they are served to customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹241,017.84 - ₹317,885.+4 per year
