Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting medical staff, and contributing to the overall success of our fertility services.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors
Assist consultants, gynecologists, physicians, and medical officers during rounds and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant information
Carefully shift patients to the operating theater as per planned times and follow consultant orders
Explain relevant information to patients and their relatives before and after procedures/surgeries
Take regular rounds of patients, monitoring their condition and updating medical records as needed
Perform daily activities before discharge, including administering medications, issuing operation CDs, and reviewing payment status
Requirements
Degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in fertility or obstetrics and gynecology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures
