About NovaBenefits: the Role:

We are seeking a customer insurance advisor for NovaX, our retail insurance wing exclusive to the employees of our B2B clients. You will be interacting with inbound leads from our customer base to help them prioritize their health, life, motor insurance needs with unbiased and sound advise.

Responsibilities
• Act as a single point of contact to lead the customer journey for retail insurance products.
• Reach out to inbound leads and educate them on their risk exposure and insurance needs across health, life and motor.
• Act as an advisor for our users by helping them plan holistically for uncertain events like health treatments, financial liabilities, taking care of their dependents after them, accidents and damage to their vehicles or homes.
• Become an expert with NovaX's comprehensive personal financial planning framework to provide unbiased and sound advise to our customers.
• Organize and manage different touchpoints in the retail sales journey for the leads such as whatsapp updates, calendar scheduling, policy issuance and endorsements.
• Persistently follow up and make efforts in persuading the customers on Nova's retail offerings' value

Requirements

Communication & Influence : You are able to build a positive impact in client interactions by creating value for the time spent

Persistent: You do not take "No" for an answer and are willing to find ways to meet your goals

Attention to detail: You have a lens to manage and organize data without spilling details through cracks

MS Excel/Google sheet: You are familiar with Basic Excel such as pivot, data validation, vlook up, and are decent with numbers

Tech agility: You are open to learn more about the tools that will help you being efficient at work
