Join a fast-growing vein clinic group across the Phoenix Valley! We’re looking for friendly, organized, Spanish-speaking Front Desk Coordinators who enjoy helping patients and thrive in a fast-paced medical office. MA experience is a plus!
Position Details (Travel Required)
We are hiring for 3 full-time roles, each covering different clinic areas:
• Position 1: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert
• Position 2: Mesa, Casa Grande
• Position 3: Peoria, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Avondale
All candidates must be comfortable traveling between assigned locations.
What You’ll Do
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and manage referrals/authorizations
• Maintain patient records and EMR tasks
• Help create a smooth, positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of medical front/back office experience
• Fluent Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Experience with scheduling, insurance, referrals, and authorizations
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinics
• Team players with a strong work ethic and initiative

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
