Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and adaptable Production Assistants to join our team and help bring VIP events to life. As a Production Assistant, you will provide essential support to the production team — from loading and unloading equipment to setting up staging and lighting — ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Event Set-up and Breakdown:

Loading and unloading heavy equipment, furniture, staging, lighting, and audio gear safely and efficiently.
Setting up and tearing down event spaces, including staging, seating, and technical components.
Carry and move heavy items (up to 88 lbs) while following proper lifting techniques.
Clean, organize, and dispose of trash promptly after the event concludes.
✅ Technical and Logistical Support:

Provide hands-on support to the production team under direction from supervisors.
Prepare and organize equipment for events, making sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
Handle tasks quickly and accurately to keep timelines on track.
✅ Team Support:

Be flexible and adaptable — willing to help in a range of roles if the team needs additional support.
Collaborate with teammates and follow instructions to help the event run smoothly from start to finish.
Requirements:

✅ Physical Ability:

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 88 lbs safely and frequently.
Ability to perform physical tasks — bending, kneeling, lifting, standing for long periods — without discomfort.
Willingness to move quickly and navigate busy, hectic environments safely.
✅ Team-Oriented Attitude:

Positive, adaptable, and flexible — ready to help wherever you’re needed.
Dependable — we need team members who show up on time, stay for their whole shift, and follow through on responsibilities.
✅ Communication Skills:

Clear, respectful, and effective communication with teammates and supervisors.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and promptly, and to ask questions if unsure.
✅ Adaptability:

Willingness to perform a range of duties — from setting up heavy equipment to tearing it down afterwards — depending on the event's needs.
Ability to stay composed and find solutions when things change or become hectic.
✅ Other Requirements:

At least 18 years of age or older.
Reliable transportation to and from events — especially when locations aren’t easily accessible by public transit.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow a specific dress code or uniform policy if required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
✅ Work Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

Experience in production, technical roles, stage setup, or related fields is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated people who are eager to learn.
