We are looking for a strategic leader to head our Client Strategy function.
The ideal candidate will bring deep marketing insight, a strong grasp of brand and performance strategy, and a proven ability to craft solutions that drive business outcomes for clients.
This is a high-impact role, working closely with leadership, account teams, and clients to shape strategy across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development across key client accounts.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing and communication strategies.
- Partner with internal teams (creative, media, digital, data) to develop integrated, insight-driven campaigns.
- Serve as the strategic lead in pitches, presentations, and ongoing client engagements.
- Guide teams in analyzing data, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform strategies.
- Regularly evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine approach for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and upskill junior strategists and cross-functional team members on strategic thinking.
- Stay updated on industry shifts, new platforms, and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client strategy, brand planning, or strategic marketing in an agency or consulting setup.
- Strong background in building multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, performance marketing, media strategy, and brand building.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
