Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Medical Director (Contract)
Fully Remote | Licensed in BC
Hyndford Health is a nurse-led mobile IV therapy company based in Nanaimo, BC. We are early-stage and building thoughtfully, and we’re looking for a BC-licensed Nurse Practitioner to join us as a Medical Director on a very casual, contract basis.
This role is fully remote. You may live anywhere in Canada, provided you are licensed to practise in British Columbia.
What You’d Be Doing
Providing medical oversight for a nurse-led IV therapy service
Reviewing and signing off on medical directives and pharmacy orders
Being available by phone or text during BC business hours for occasional questions (not usually urgent)
Completing telehealth assessments when a client falls outside established criteria
The Details
Very minimal time commitment to start (some weeks may have no work)
Flexible scheduling around your existing work
Telehealth billing is completed independently by the NP
Compensation discussed directly and structured to suit
Who This Is For
NPs licensed in British Columbia
Comfortable with telehealth and clinical oversight
Interested in IV therapy or wellness-focused care (experience not required)
Open to growing with an early-stage, nurse-led company
New NP graduates welcome if confident practising within scope.
