1. Should have sound knowledge of fabric cutting and stitching/Should be from fabric or export garment industry
2. Ensure all production targets are met
3. Ensure departments are running at optimal capacity and efficiency
4. Cordinate with interplant teams to ensure goals are met
5. Should not exceed manpower cost/cost per helmet targets
6. Ensure quality of product is not compromised
7. Contribute to overall plant profitability,
