Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role related to process engineering within a manufacturing environment
Qualification in a relevant discipline, either apprentice-trained or to degree level
Experience in production process improvement for efficiency (material utilisation, time, cost, quality, compliance)
Experience working with different materials such as wood, sheet plastic, fabric, sheet cardboard, etc

Manage design transfer by producing project timelines and costings, assessing tooling requirements, placing orders, and updating technical literature, while also facilitating feasibility studies and implementing necessary design change controls
Collaborate with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to support production schedules
Lead continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
