Job Purpose:
The position entails NRI Product Management and segments Knowledge specialist for DBS India franchise. Responsible to own all product, processes and well versed with NRI related market knowledge. Ensure coverage with frontline and also with internal/external stakeholders
Key Accountabilities
Review all NRI Policies to be in line with regulations
Drive all the trainings on NRI processes
Periodic review and update of the digital assets and Knowledge portal
Identify, evaluate and drive the process changes, as applicable for the NRI Business
Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to DBS processes
Develop new products to drive penetration and coverage of NRI customer by working closely with product teams
Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth journey through our core banking system
Monitor industry trends and best practices in order to stay updated with the latest developments in NRI segment
Responsible for managing the digital funnel optimisation to drive acquisitions
Job Duties:
Track and monitor all regulatory changes in the NRI process/customer journey
Schedule periodic trainings, in line with change in processes and journeys
Monitor and track all process enhancements requirements with internal & external stakeholders
Responsible as custodian of all NRI processes/policies and ensure they are made available to all (through the Knowledge Center)
Liaising with all internal stakeholders for building up the NRI processes in coordination with Compliance & Legal
Manage all process related queries received from the Segments (Bankers, Branches, CCTR, VRM) and ensure they are resolved within the required timelines
Periodic review of the digital funnel and process optimisation
Required Experience
6-12 years of experience in NRI Product / Wealth Segment
Sound understanding of NRI Product and regulations
In-depth knowledge of local market and competition.
Education / Preferred Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate preferably with MBA in relevant field
Core Competencies
NRI Product knowledge, including FEMA and other relevant RBI regulations
Good understanding of other banking processes
Ability to work in a collaborative manner, with a practical bent of mind to resolve issues and provide solutions
Good written and verbal communication skills
Effective probing and listening skills.
Strong Relationship Management and influencing skills
Understanding of competitive positioning
Strong service orientation, customer-centric behaviour.
