Provide direct and individualized nursing care to critically ill neurosurgical patients.
Perform thorough patient assessments, including neurological status, vital signs, and other clinical parameters.
Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and advanced life support measures as prescribed.
Assist with and perform specialized procedures, such as intracranial pressure monitoring and management of external ventricular drains.
