Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the National Sales Manager (UBL) position at Small Finance Bank, located in Navi Mumbai. The NSM UBL will oversee the implementation of sales strategies for the Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) vertical, drive revenue generation, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include performance management of the sales team, providing training and mentoring, maintaining key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Close collaboration with other departments to enhance overall organizational growth is also required.

• Expertise in sales, business development, and relationship management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for market analysis and revenue planning
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and guiding sales teams
• Knowledge of financial products, particularly unsecured lending and credit assessment processes
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Proven track record in a similar role within the financial services industry
