Review Bid Plans, Fit-out guidelines, As-built plansDevelop RFI’s and clarificationsConducts site survey to ascertain and evaluate existing facility conditions.Work closely with the Electrical Quantity Surveyor to ensure electrical design study during proposal phase can be used as a basis for the preparation of detailed design for construction with minimal cost implicationWork with Electrical Quantity Surveyor in development of value engineering studies to improve the company’s position in project biddingPrepare detailed electrical load calculations, single line diagram and detailed electrical layouts (lighting and power) including shop drawingsParticipate in the development of electrical equipment and power distribution equipment specifications
