Job Description:
Medico Recruits is looking for a Nuclear Medicine Physician (NMP) to join our team in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients using nuclear medicine techniques, including PET-CT and SPECT scans. The candidate should be capable of providing remote reporting support for the nuclear network as required.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct nuclear medicine procedures including PET-CT, SPECT, and gamma camera imaging.
• Interpret and report nuclear medicine scans with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, oncologists, and other specialists for patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and patient records.
• Provide remote reporting support when required.
• Stay updated with advancements in nuclear medicine technology and protocols.
• Guide and mentor junior medical staff and technicians.
Requirements:
• MD/DNB in Nuclear Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Valid certification and registration as a Nuclear Medicine Physician.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional language.
• Strong understanding of nuclear medicine imaging techniques and interpretation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to support remote scan reporting when necessary.
