Nurse Advisor Manager Opportunities
Stoma Or Urology
Excellent salary + bonus + 45p per business mile reimbursed + excellent benefits including contributory pension and 26 days holiday (+ BHs) + your birthday off
Full Time Hours
Monday to Friday
Based North West England (with some wider travel as required)
Are you a Registered Nurse, Continence or Stoma Nurse Specialist with extensive experience in either Urology or Stoma combined with experience of managing or supervising others?
Our client is a family-owned business that has become one of the leading home delivery companies for Stoma, Urology and Wound Care products. As a successful Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC) they pride themselves on providing a home delivery service dedicated to the care of each individual they work with. They have a Nurse Advisor team covering the UK providing support to the NHS by running patient clinics either in person or online for either stoma or urology
As a result of a planned expansion they are now recruiting 2 Nurse Managers to manage teams of 12 Stoma Nurses and 12 Urology Nurses
Key responsibilities include
Day to day management of the team of 12 Nurse Advisors including clinical supervision that will be done either face to face, at head office or via Teams
Office based admin including appraisals, holiday and sickness management, service development and meetings with the wider office-based team
You will also do some face to face clinical visits with patients in the North West
To be considered for this exciting Registered Nurse role you will meet the following:
Level 1 UK Registered Nurse (Adult RN or RGN)
Evidence of Team Management or Supervision

You can complete prescriber training in post if you dont have qualification
Full UK Driving Licence
Based North west and willing to travel as required for the role
