The Role:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Community Nurse. As a Registered Nurse at RSL LifeCare, you will be empowered to make a meaningful difference to people's lives. Within our supportive work environment, your skills and compassion will be valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver clinical care in the home environment supporting clients to stay living in their home and connected to their community
Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
Ensure thorough clinical assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of care delivered
Organise and conduct case conferences and maintain open communications with clients and their families, carers and authorised representatives?< Effectively prioritise client needs in collaboration with other medical and health professionals as required?

About You:
We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making. Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights are mandatory requirements.
