About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our clients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive health support and improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Duties

Work within a legal and ethical framework to provide effective frontline nursing services.

Conduct triage assessments, take medical histories, and complete preliminary procedures as part of our first point of medical engagement.

Accurately document client files with treatment and medication information as per care plans.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of patient health records.

Support the IUIH Model of Care and contribute to integrated clinical service provision.
