Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a part-time 16 hours/fortnight Senior Nurse role with the possibility to move to a full-time position. The successful candidate will work closely with medical and nursing staff to provide expert support and advisory service to patients, relatives, and clinical staff.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical leadership skills, excellent knowledge, critical reasoning, and professional judgement to advance nursing care in this specialty. They will contribute to the development of integrated service delivery and develop innovative solutions for patient-focused practice improvement.
Requirements
The minimum requirement is 5 years post-registration experience in the surgical specialty and achievement of RN Level 4, or equivalent with a current portfolio. The ideal candidate will also have a reputation for excellence and be pursuing a Master's degree in Health Science/Nursing.
