Draw the blood ,and other specimens like Sputum,Urine etc of walk-in patients perfectly in the prescribed manner standards.
Registrarion of Walk in/Appointment patients billing process.
Handling of Calls of Customers.
Sending the Reports to the patients on time
Scheduled the appointments maintain appointment daily either manually or electronically.
To Serves patients by greeting and helping them, regarding Tests details and maintaining records , cash handling
Have experience of practicing proper patient identifications
Good Phlebotomy Skills
Patient Registration
Provide test related information to the patients
Guide patients properly
Verification of completed test history forms
Maintain Operations by following policies and procedures
Obtains blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks.
Verification of patient by reading patient identification on office copy before sampling
Maintains specimen integrity by using aseptic technique, following lab policies and procedures.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures;.
Home collection on need basis
Maintain Inventory of phlebotomy area
Any other task assigned by the concerned operational head
Relevant Experience:
2) Education : Should have DMLT/CMLT/Nursing Course.
3 ) Experience : Min. 1 to 2 year of Experience in the same field.
4) Communication :- Shuld have a good communication skill.
