Job description

As a Clinical Excellence Strategist, you will play a key role in leading and promoting continuous quality improvement in Mental Health and Addiction Services across the Bay of Plenty district. Your responsibilities will include: Providing Thought Leadership and expertise in mental health nursing, leading the delivery of Toi Ora Systems of Care, and working in partnership with the Business Leader, Clinical Director, and Chief Nursing Officer to lead and support clinical excellence through evidence-based nursing practice.

Requirements

A relevant Master's qualification

Significant experience in Maori health delivery and implementation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi

Significant experience in Nursing leadership and Mental Health
