Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune as a Nurse Educator. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing and delivering educational material to nurses at VishwaRaj Hospital. The Nurse Educator will also facilitate appropriate learning opportunities regarding patient care for staff and oversee and evaluate educational programmes for nurses.
Qualifications
• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing
• Additional certification in Education, Nursing Education, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a nurse
• Experience in educating nursing staff, developing educational material and/or training programs is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to apply adult learning theory and principles in developing educational offerings
• Knowledge of current nursing theories and practice, and a passion for education in the field
