About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at CareerArc. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with RN-APs and other healthcare providers, providing expert clinical advice and support to RN-APs, and participating in interdisciplinary case conferences and care planning meetings if required. You will also facilitate seamless care transitions and referrals when needed. Additionally, you will serve as a clinical preceptor for VON RN-AP students if needed, guide RN-AP students through hands-on learning experiences, and provide ongoing constructive feedback on students' clinical performance and progress.
