Care for patients and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services as a skilled trainer in our Donor Relations and Collections team.
As a Regular Part-Time RN Trainer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective training strategies that meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct periodic reviews of training status, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
