Nurse Manager Community Medicine

Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating medical support of operations and case management for the Department of Community Medicine by assessing the needs of the community while complying with State and Federal regulations. Coordinates all systems and services leading towards an organized approach to patient care as well as assure quality, cost-efficient care for the identified patient population.
