What You'll Be Doing
As a member of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District Nursing and Midwifery Practice and Workforce Unit, the Nurse Manager Workforce Capacity & Capability will contribute to the organisation’s strategic priorities, including the nursing and midwifery workforce priorities relating to improving capacity and capability.
In This Position You Will
Provide leadership, support, and consultancy for nursing and midwifery projects and strategies.
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives to enhance the LHD nursing and midwifery workforce capacity.
Focus on building the professional capacity of the SESLHD nursing and midwifery workforce.
Offer an effective and efficient workforce development consultation service.
Support the development of nursing and midwifery managers, unit managers, and staff.
Participate in the work of the Nursing and Midwifery Practice and Workforce Unit.
