Job description

About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in enriching the lives of our residents by promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about working with older adults and enhancing their quality of life.

About You:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience in aged care or similar healthcare settings (desirable)
Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs
A genuine passion for working with older adults and enhancing their quality of life
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence
