As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Responsibilities
Delivering evidence-based nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs
Providing education and support to patients, families and carers
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Relevant postgraduate qualifications or experience in mental health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
