About the Role

We are seeking a nurse practitioner who can provide high-quality care to our ICU patients. The successful candidate will have a diverse patient group and provide care for various diagnoses in both adults and children requiring intensive care.

This role involves working 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts, across Monday to Sunday. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that sees approximately 1,800 patients annually.

We are looking for an organised and intuitive nurse with excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and thrive in challenging situations.

You will need to have intensive care unit experience and be able to work all shifts. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

Apart from being registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and holding a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC), you should be motivated and flexible.
