KMT Medical and Allied Health Group is a multidisciplinary clinic offering integrated services across mental health, naturopathic medicine, and wellness care. Our IV Therapy Program is designed to support clients with energy optimization, immune support, recovery, and preventative health.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) with strong IV skills and clinical judgment to support our growing IV therapy services. The role focuses on delivering safe, effective infusion treatments while building trust and providing education within a wellness-oriented model.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client screenings and health assessments for IV therapy suitability
Administer IV infusions and injections, including:
Hydration therapy
Myers’ cocktail and vitamin blends
Immunity and recovery infusions
Monitor clients throughout treatment and manage any adverse reactions
Provide clear education on benefits, risks, and aftercare
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with standards
Collaborate with naturopathic doctors and mental health clinicians
Uphold infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
RN or NP in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Demonstrated competency in IV insertion and infusion therapy
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (acute care, ER, or infusion clinic preferred)
Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
Professional, calm, and client-centered approach
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate or per-client model (based on experience)
