We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. You will be responsible for daily rounding, assessing and treating patients, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Conduct comprehensive daily rounds on assigned patients from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Perform physical examinations and order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate effectively with physicians.
• Educate and empower patients and their families about their health care needs.
• Document care comprehensively and accurately.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited university.
• Current license in Indiana.
• Prefer experience in Inpatient setting
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
