About the Position
- We are searching for independent contractor Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who possess an active, unrestricted California license.
Joining our network as a licensed PMHNP offers access to ongoing opportunities and a supportive environment. There are no joining charges, no minimum caseload requirements, and you have full control over your income as you dedicate attention to delivering top-quality care.
Our highly skilled team takes on administrative duties such as marketing, insurance processing, credentialing, billing, records management, regular support, medical audits, and compliance oversight. This setup is designed to let you focus on your clinical practice.

Eligibility Criteria
- Valid, unrestricted RN license and DEA registration for California
- At least one year of psychiatric nursing background, skilled in assessment, diagnostic evaluation, triage, medication oversight, developing care plans, and managing crises
- Eligible for independent or collaborative practice with physicians per California regulations
- ANCC certification as a PMHNP
- Registered for California’s Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
- No prior suspension, debarment, or exclusion from federal programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, or SCHIP
- Clean record with licensing or credentialing agencies, hospitals, or boards over the last three years
- Completion of a master’s or doctorate in psychiatric mental health from an accredited institution
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
Compensation Structure
- $110 per initial 60-minute evaluation
- $70 for each 30-minute follow-up session
- $35 payment for the 90833 add-on code
- Biweekly direct deposit ensures timely payment, including compensation for late canceled appointments, missed visits, or unpaid claims
Role Flexibility
- Determine your schedule and set your availability, with no required minimums
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and create individualized care plans for clients in need
- Assist individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use disorders
- Utilize our accessible EHR and telehealth tools to manage appointments and records
- Access prompt support from our Care Coordination and Support team
- Allocate 60 minutes to new client appointments and 30 minutes to regular follow-ups according to best practices
- Focus on providing clinical care while our administrative staff handle non-clinical duties
