Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Cancer Services)
About the Role:
The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care, and intervention to patients and families within the scope of practice of a Nurse Practitioner.
About the Team:
The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the largest country health system in Australia, providing health services to approximately half a million people across rural and remote Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level clinical nursing, leadership, management, and governance within WACHS, including operational management of area oncology nursing services and programs.
Support the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery, area executive, and nursing executive in developing and implementing WACHS strategic directions.
Requirements:
A valid working visa or Australian citizenship/permanent residency.
A degree in nursing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
