Job description
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our HomeBound patients and Mobile Urgent care patients. We specialize in mobile health. This individual must be fluent in Spanish. Salary will be based on experience. Start/End time of shift flexible to support family needs. 12 hours shifts available. All vehicles provided and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Family nurse Practitioner at lease 2 years
Bilingual - English and Spanish
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
