Job Description
VIP Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine (primary care) and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Position Details:
Schedule: Once a week, every Saturday
Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR/Oscar.
Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Ontario.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in family medicine or primary care.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with EMR/Oscar.
Ability to work independently.
