Requirement for Nurse for a Corporate/ Manufacturing Company!

Location: Rohtak (Haryana)
Qualification: GNM/ B. Sc. Nursing
Experience: Fresher to 15 Years
Gender Preference: Male/ Female
Basic knowledge / experience in First Aid, CPR and BLS necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site medical care and first aid for employees with minor injuries or illnesses.
• Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and provide treatments as needed.
• Manage and maintain the corporate medical room, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy workplace.
• Provide health education and counseling to employees on various health topics, including disease prevention, nutrition, and stress management.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and arrange referrals for employees requiring specialized care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation.
• Respond to and manage emergency situations in the workplace, following established protocols.
• Monitor and manage health-related metrics and provide reports as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee health initiatives and wellness programs.
