About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Services team at Southern Cross Gillies Hospital. The successful candidate will be a team player who is enthusiastic, proactive, and initiative-driven, with excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgery and recovery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development
Requirements
A NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
Minimum of 4 years' surgical ward nursing experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexibly rostered hours
