Job Description:

This permanent full-time position involves working 76 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE). As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, you will be responsible for delivering quality patient care within your specialty. This includes supervising patient care, developing standards of practice, implementing changes to clinical practice, educating staff, and initiating quality improvement activities across all Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery subspecialties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You should have experience in leading teams and mentoring staff, as well as a solid understanding of quality improvement principles and practices.
