As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic and progressive environment, collaborating closely with Sydney Children's Hospital, the Royal Hospital for Women, and Prince of Wales (public) Hospital. Your Role:
You will be responsible for delivering safe, researched-based standards of nursing care. This includes supervising, directing and guiding nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care. You will also lead successful quality improvement and safety management projects to deliver desired outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs. As a role model for Safe Practice, you will act with authority to Work in Australia and undergo regular Working with Children checks. You will hold a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent, and current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA. A minimum of 3 years' Paediatric Nursing experience is essential.
