The post holder will work with the Uro-Oncology CNS team and support our service for patients who are having cancer treatments within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for a case load of patients undergoing various treatments ensuring they are assessed managed and in accordance with local and national standards and guidelines With the appropriate support and training we expect the individual to provide advice, information and support to patients, carers and staff regarding treatment and McMillan services. We expect the individual to provide care for patients in line with Trust and Government strategies and targets. In collaboration with senior medical and nursing & AHP staff the post holder will assist in the support of research, audit and quality assurance projects
