About the Role
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, including chronic disease management, vaccinations, wound care, and health assessments. Your strong communication and time management skills will enable you to effectively triage patients, coordinate treatment rooms, and manage cold chain procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver quality clinical nursing services to doctors and patients
Manage chronic diseases, vaccinations, wound care, and health assessments
Triage patients and coordinate treatment rooms
Manage cold chain procedures and sterilization
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Minimum 1 year's post-registration experience as a nurse
Strong communication and time management skills
A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
AHPRA registration
Ability to use Best Practice Medical Software (advantageous)
