About the Role
Crestview Hostel is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of the nursing team, you will assist the Nurse Unit Manager in leading a team of nurses and contributing to the management and development of our aged care services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
Promote continuity and consistency of care across shifts.
Implement practice changes and improve clinical processes.
Manage ward/unit/service operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Registered Nurse qualification and current practising certificate.
At least 3 years of post-registration experience in nursing.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation and quality improvement principles.
