What's involved?
As the Nursery cook you will be cooking Breakfast, snacks, Lunch and tea for children and members of staff. All menu's are seasonally based using fresh ingredients. You will also need to have a good understanding of allergies and dietry requirements. As the nursery cook you will be looking after all ordering, stock rotation, health and safety, risk assessment, COSHH and all kitchen management.
