Nursery Manager
We are excited to announce we are recruiting for a Nursery Manager at our day nursery in Gornalwood.
Key Responsibilities as the Nursery Manager Include:
Managing & motivating our amazing team
Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery
Building meaningful relationships with clients and parents, enhancing our parent partnership programmes.
Driving an outstanding OFSTED-compliant environment
On board and sell the day nursery to new customers, ensuring full occupancy is met
You will need:
2 Years experience within a Nursery Manager position
Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle
You’ll have the benefit of a strong support team including an in-house recruitment agency, two deputy managers and the assistance of our two hands-on directors.
You'll also get networking opportunities with nursery management teams from our other day nursery settings across Sandwell.
