Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development and learning through engaging activities.

Duties

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Maintain a safe and clean nursery environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records to inform planning and share with parents.
Support the management team in maintaining high standards of care and education within the nursery.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (Level 2 or Level 3).
Previous experience working with children and babies in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
